I have been around the fitness/nutrition industry my whole life because of my parents. I really got into fitness when I was in the Army, When I got out I decided to became a personal trainer. I have now been personal training for 8 years, I enjoy helping people get through limitations and fixing movements that will help them throughout their life. I believe people should be able to do functional movements and not lose them with age, so I try and program workouts geared around getting people back to that or improving that. I base strongly my morals and values on my relationship with Jesus Christ and thats the biggest part of my life.

How Does This Program Works?

Frequently asked questions

How long is each class?

We do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts. Each class last 50 minutes.

What are your class times?

We offer classes Monday through Friday; 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, & 7pm. Additionally we have two sessions on Saturday at 7 am & 8am. We are currently closed Sunday's.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do require a 30 day cancellation notice to be sent via email to info@theevolutionfitclub.com. All cancellations must be sent 30 days prior to the billing cycle.

Do you provide personal training?

Personal Training Services are available upon request and the trainers create their own availability
